Returns Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. All sales are final once an order has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened press-on nail sets
- Used adhesive tabs or nail glue
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless faulty)
Wear Duration
Our press-on nails are designed for the following wear times when applied correctly:

Tips to Maximise Wear
- Start with clean, dry, oil-free nails.
- Push back cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface before applying.
- Press firmly for 30–60 seconds after application.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, especially in the first 24 hours.
- Wear gloves when washing dishes or cleaning.
Removal
- Glue application: Soak nails in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then gently lift from the sides. Never force or peel off.
- Tab application: Gently lift from the side — no soaking needed.
